TCFleet, a division of Tire Collect Communications Corporation Inc. (“TCFleet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides route planning, fleet coordination, and related services through our website and applications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you use TCFleet.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create or manage an account, including your name, email address, phone number, password, company details, headquarters address, and account role.
To provide fleet services, we process the information you or your organization add to TCFleet, such as customer and business contact details, delivery or service-stop addresses, route names, route dates, assigned drivers, and route or stop status.
When you use navigation features, your device may request location permission to provide directions and route-related functionality. Location information is used for that feature and is not sold.
When you purchase driver seats, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. We may receive subscription, customer, transaction-status, and seat-count information needed to provide and administer your subscription.
